Prototypes are where direction becomes visible. Product is where that direction meets reality, constraints, and long-term maintenance.

We preserve core interaction principles and structural decisions while simplifying implementation details that do not survive scale.

The goal is not to perfectly replicate a concept. The goal is to keep the intent intact as the system matures.
